There is an invisible community of microorganisms; good and bad bacteria found on the skin surface. Linked with the skin's barrier functions, both healthy and dysfunctional skin conditions also known as the flora, is the second largest microbial community after the gut microbiome.

Lymphatic circulation works like a drainage and filtration system; working to clear out and filter bacteria and toxins from interstitial fluid before returning it to the blood. When lymphatic circulation slows down, waste products accumulate, inflammation increases, cellular processes slow down.
As there is no heart to pump in the lymph, it relies on to movement. The O-Biome Treatment creates a clear pathway for hydration, nutrients and oxygen to be delivered to cells.
Microcirculation
Supporting The Skin From The Inside Out
The micro circulatory system is made up of an intricate network of vessels and capillaries found in the papillary and reticular layer of the dermis.
The O-Biome Treatment provides oxygen, stimulating rich blood & nutrients. This releases excess water and plasma forming part of the interstitial fluid to bathe and surround all cells and proteins of the epidermis and dermis. Once the cells are bathed, the fluid returns to the capillaries, returning via the lymphatic system when it will be filtered and cleaned for recirculation.

Things to avoid PRIOR to treatment
- Avoid using any chemical exfoliants, retinols and active cosmeceutical products on your skin 3 days prior to your treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure prior to your treatment.
- Avoid facial waxing 2 days prior to your treatment.
- Avoid drinking and excess amount of fluid before your treatment. Due to the length of time the treatment takes it is important to ensure you go to the toilet directly before your treatment and ensure to sit up slowly once your treatment finishes.
Things to avoid AFTER treatment
- Avoid sun exposure and ensure you are wearing a SPF 30+ at minimum post treatment.
- Avoid touching your face too much post treatment and wear mineral makeup that will not clog the skin.
- Do not exfoliate, or use retinol or AHA products for at least 3 days post treatment to avoid irritation.
- It is highly recommended to use the recommended professional for home use to achieve the ultimate results.
How soon will I see results and how long will my results last for?
Results can be visibly seen instantly after treatment. Each individual is different and results will differ due to lifestyle, environmental and biological factors. For best results it is recommended for you to follow your recommend and personalised home care routine with a course of treatments.
Is it painful?
No, this treatment is not painful. The PDP Oxygenating Peel that is applied in the exfoliation does have a bite to it, however it is only on the skin for 3-5minutes and you will be fanned to soothe the sensation in the process.
Can I talk or move when the O-Biome Setting Mask Is on?
Unfortunately not. If movement is created while the mask is setting you create the risk of it cracking before it is ready to come off. If premature cracker of the oxygen mask occurs it will break the compression and disrupt the vascular response.
Due to this while the mask is setting we must avoid scalp massage, arm massage/movement, being on your phone, etc. However a beautiful foot massage will be provided and it allows you to take the time to relax unwind or have a nap if desired.
How many treatments do I need and how often can I have them?
A course of at x3 treatments is recommended spaced once every 2 weeks. Please note that each individual’s treatment plan will differ to work best for your skin and you.
